Terry W. Campbell, DVM, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Zoo Medicine at the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University.
Christine K. Ellis, DVM, is formerly of the Midwest Avian and Exotic Animal Hospital and currently works for the Center for Disease Control in Fort Collins, Colorado.
